We are leaders in the Washington, D.C. legal community who are committed to preserving the rule of law as outlined in the Constitution.
The Rule of Law and the legal profession dedicated to upholding it are under attack. Law firms have challenged these actions in court. On April 2, 2025, former leaders of the District of Columbia Bar submitted an amicus brief to the Court in support of Perkins Coie LLP. Since then, these leaders have joined with D.C. and national voluntary bar associations, and their current and past leaders in filing five additional briefs in support of law firms, lawyers, and the American Bar Association.
